FLOOD SURVEYS: Elevation certificates, LOMAS, ELOMAS,: It is possible to show that a house or structure, or a portion of a property, is not in the mapped flood zone

GPS: Control surveys and elevations for Flood Map exceptions

CONSTRUCTION: Utility, road and lot staking. Pre-development mapping, boundary and control surveys

COMMERCIAL: Boundary and building locations, ALTA title surveys.
